Scarr House, Somerset
Status: In planning
In the 1950s this beautiful farmhouse was decimated by a large fire and lay derelict for 60 years. As part of our proposition the house and barns are going to be refurbished, rebuilt where needed and converted into a holiday home. The main aim of the project is to restore the houses’ former character along with some of its original elements, like stairwells and wells.
To ensure accuracy to the original details and materials we are working with Bosence, a building conservation practice offering specialist repair and consultancy.
