Yelo are pleased to announce that two of our projects have received planning approval after going to committee yesterday afternoon.
Our first project to receive planning approval was Wayland Avenue, a contemporary overhaul of a single storey residence. Our design will build upon and transform the existing building to create a contemporary, tailored home for our clients.
Having been recommended for approval our Hangleton Way residential project was the second project to gain planning consent. This new build housing scheme will provide 33 much needed new homes within a residential block and row of houses – 40% of the homes will be allocated as affordable housing. The scheme gained consent through a unanimous vote on its first submission!
