Yelo were employed as a subcontractor for the construction phase of the project.
This project involved the conversion of an existing office building into a exciting environment as a language school for 500 pupils. The client’s brief was for a modern airy school that treated their pupils in an adult way. Every floor was refitted with new acoustic partitions in both glass and studwork and light oak was specified for all timber finishes. The furniture and graphics were carefully designed and selected to ensure the whole school followed the design brief and their corporate identity. The project started and finished on site in only 10 weeks. We prepared all of the construction drawings including the joinery packages and visited site daily to ensure correct progress on this fast track project.
