The site in its previous condition contained four brick built light industrial units and a larger brick built factory on the lower section, closest to the railway line. The factory, as well as one of the industrial units, have now been demolished with only the slabs and partial retaining structure remaining.
Our design sees the erection of 19 new three bedroom family homes, all with landscaped gardens, creating a pleasant new community on a site that has fallen into disrepair. The site has been the subject of a previous planning application that was approved. This application has been designed to be less dense, as well as respecting the existing site levels, thus reducing the need for ground works and retaining structures.
