We worked with our client to build a 9 unit residential development on the site of a former detached family home. Located a 10 minute walk from both Hove and Brighton Station the project is situated in a well-established residential area in Hove and enjoys views the local park.
The new build provides six 2-bed flats and one 3-bed penthouse within a four storey block, and two 3-bed houses within an attached three storey block. A hidden basement car park provides 9 spaces and secure cycle storage will provide 12 spaces.
High quality red multi-stock brick make up the majority of the facade with grey brick accents. Windows and balconies are covered by sliding cedar slatted screens for shade and privacy.
