Yelo were approached by a care provider for young adults with autism. They were looking to work with Brighton and Hove City Council on relocating young adults currently in institutional care into homes suitable for independent living.
We worked with the care provider, the council, the carers and the young adult’s parents to develop a proposal to take an unbuilt residential scheme in Hove and adapt it to suit.
The proposal was accepted by all parties and we then assisted in the negotiations to purchase the site and develop a specification that was bespoke to the residents needs.
