Yelo have designed this high end bespoke residence to replace an existing dwelling – a 1970s detached building. Our proposed 5 bedroom dwelling features a triple height atrium, pool, open plan living spaces and bespoke landscape design.
The design has a footprint just 1% larger than its predecessor and is set into the ground to ensure it will have no increased impact on the neighbouring properties. Consisting of three storeys, the top floor is set back from the front and side elevations, further reducing the impact it will have on the street scene and on its neighbours.
One of the key features of the design is the central glazed atrium that runs the length and height of the build and provides an abundance of natural light to the building. Balconies to the front and rear of the house allow for amazing views across the South Downs National Park, which the property borders. The views are also enjoyed from the top floor which houses the master bedroom suite under a butterfly roof.
