After working with our client to add an extension to their existing house Yelo were then commissioned to design a new build house that would replace an unused garage at the end of the garden. The project has now gained planning approval.
This 2 bedroom house id designed to be a high quality addition to the street scene and features a large green wall to complement the large amount of trees located adjacent. Contemporary grey brick and timber make up the rest of the facade.
The dwelling has been designed to have negligible impact on the neighbouring buildings and has no overlooking or affect on any rights of light.
In addition to being surrounded by patio space the house has a large front garden with space and hardscaping to provide parking for 2 cars.
