We were treated to another quality lunch, this time from Eleanor and Michael who between them managed to fill a dozen stomachs with leftover food (which was then pounced on the next day). An amazing nut roast, tomato tart and truffles were among the numerous dishes on the menu. Our second YeloWish also took place with Matt’s lucky ball being drawn!
This month’s staff lunch was courtesy of Alitsia and Chris, who conjured up a lavish feast for us with teriyaki salmon, stuffed peppers with quinoa and mozarella on top, 3 bean salsa and more. Next months chefs Elli and Michael are going to have to work hard to top that!
