We have always had a dedicated technical team in house and they have been providing construction packages, not only our own designs, but often directly to contractors on design and build contracts.

Having an in-house team ensures that their knowledge is shared within the whole office and that even at an early design stage we are considering how we would build the project.

We have a lot of experience in producing design and build packages and have a large number of repeat contracts with well known contractors. Our contractors appreciate our commitment when value engineering schemes and yet still delivering an attractive scheme for the client.

We encourage all of our staff to regularly visit their construction sites and this ensures we are pragmatic and accurate when answering site queries.
